The Wild Fowler in Trer'ddol, about a mile and a half towards Machynlleth on the A487 has an excellent menu at reasonable prices. Serves food Sunday night but booking recommended 01970 832000
The Victoria Inn in Borth, about 5 miles away serves excellent food with huge portions and in good weather there is a veranda overlooking the beach. 01970 871417
