Access Statement

The ample parking is on a bit of a slope. It is possible to reach the front door without any steps. There is a small step (4”) onto the porch and the door threshold is 8”. Once inside the whole ground floor is available, comprising bedroom with private bathroom (the shower tray is raised by 7”), kitchen, lounge and conservatory. The ensuite has double doors and we have a ramp which makes wheelchair access possible. There is a 6" step up to the shower and washbasin but we have a disability step which reduces this to 2 steps of about 3". The shower tray is slightly raised but the ensuite is suitable for people of limited mobility who can stand and walk a few steps with help from the grab handles provided.
​There is an outside patio and seating area. The main garden is not accessible by wheel chair, being about 10’ down a set of steps.
